EXECUTING AGENCY: UNCTAD
GOVT. COUNTERPART Ministry of Finance
APPROVAL DATE: March 1998
BUDGET: TRAC 1.1.1&1.1.2 - US$ 257,500

It facilitates the analysis of the external debt burden, as well as future contractual obligations, the day to day management of foreign exchange transactions, and is useful in developing future borrowing strategies.
