This is a set of standards for the services of the national hotline for victims of domestic violence, which is produced by the Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth, decreed through a Council of Ministers' Decision No. 430, dated 8.6.2016,  with the expertise of UNDP and the financial support of the Government of Sweden.
