This study analyzes the existing situation and suggests improvements in the laws and regulations in particular, in tax policies mechanisms related with cultural heritage properties, aiming at ensuring a comprehensive overview on such properties, proper maintenance and use, in order to increase the interest and opportunities of Albanians and foreigners in examining and appreciating Albanian cultural heritage.
