Behavioral Change modules

The training module is designed to imporve the technical, professional and administrative capacity of the civil servants of the central and local public administration, and other public employees, including also other people who could be outside the public administration. The overall goal of the curriculum and trainings is to facilitate change behavior of public officials aiming to stimulate and increase the access of Roma and Egyptian community to public services. Specific objectives are: (1) increase level of awareness of public servants about diversity issues and inclusion – by showing how diversity is related with topics such as: culture, perceptions, inclusiveness and leadership – and to stimulate behavior and attitude change through experiential learning, (2) know-how to apply a process of theory of change in social processes, capacity building in social planning (operationalization).
